For Respondent : Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.500 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 336 and 506(i) of IPC r/w. Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.500 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioners abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, attacked him with aruval and caused injury. Hence, the case was registered against the petitioners.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.21073 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners are having two previous cases to their credit. He would further submit that the investigation is yet to be completed.
