ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant seeking direction against the respondent to complete the enquiry in Crime No.31 of 2022 and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the case is registered for the offence under Section 447 and 427 of IPC and a civil case is also pending against the accused person. Hence, the Investigation Officer seeks further period of six months to complete the investigation. 3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. The Investigation Officer is directed to expedite the process of investigation and file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as undertaken by him/her.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
