PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a orders, writ or directions especially in the nature of WRIT OF CERTIORARI to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Na.ka.No.73/Pa.Ka.Ni/KuU/Karur/2023, dated 04.09.2023 and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal. 1/4

Sargunam For R1 to R3 : Mr.SS.Madhavan Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the order passed by the respondent No.2 in Na.ka.No. 73/Pa.Ka.Ni/KuU/Karur/2023, dated 04.09.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is not cooperating for the enquiry and that the petitioner's son has sent a complaint to the respondent No.1 police stating that the respondent police have been harassing him by calling him for enquiry.

3.Keeping in view of that, the petitioner is directed to approach and cooperate with the police and on her presence, the respondent police are directed to complete the enquiry in respect of the pending complaints and dispose of the same as quickly as possible, not later than 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a 2/4

copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
