PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct Survey, Demarcate, Laying Survey Stone and issue a separate Patta to the petitioners property measuring an extent of 0.04.20 ars (10.45 cents) situated in Thuvakudi Village, Thiruverambur Taluk, Trichy District based on the Patta No.3852 issued by the 2nd respondent order vide D.K.No. 983/2022 to 986/2022 dated 11.11.2022 and also based on the petitioners representation dated 28.07.2022, 12.09.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that survey was already conducted. But then, it is conceded by the respondents that survey sketch has not been given to the writ petitioners.
