PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the fourth respondent dated 22.09.2018 denying re-employment to the petitioner till the end of the academic year 2018-2019, quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to continue in service as Post Graduate Assistant (Chemistry) under re-employment in the fourth respondent - School, namely, Karapettai Nadar Higher Secondary School , Thoothukudi, till the end of the academic year viz. 2018-2019 (i.e. upto 31.05.2019) with all attendant benefits.
