This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to make mutation entries in the Revenue Records by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2017.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2017 received by the respondents on 07.12.2017 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the above undertakings of the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. No costs.
