Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of this Court dated 04.04.2019 passed in W.P.(MD)No.5721 of 2019 has been complied with by issuing a transfer order dated 20.11.2019 in Na.Ka.No.053797/C3/E2/2015 to the petitioner, this Contempt Petition stands closed, since there is no disobedience on the part of the respondent, which may be termed as willful.
