For Respondent : Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.138 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 (3) of Cr.P.C @ 304(B) of IPC in Crime No.138 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons demanded dowry from the deceased and harassed her, due to which, she committed suicide on 24.08.2021. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. He would further submit that there is no averment as against the petitioners in the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.21043 of 2021 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) opposed this petition on the ground that the seven witnesses have been recorded by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, in which, it has been clearly stated that the accused persons demanded dowry from the deceased and harassed her, due to which, she committed suicide.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
