Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of he 2nd respondent Administrative Transfer Order issued in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.064618 / W3 / E3 / 2018 dated /10/2018, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as PG Assistant (Physics) at Government Higher Secondary School, Anaikuli, Kanyakumari District or Thucklay Government Higher Secondary school, Kanyakumari District.

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent herein for the acts of Contempt of Court for the disobedience of the order in W.P.(MD) No.3192 of 2019 dated 04.04.2019, on the file of this Court.

Contempt Petition(MD) No.1665 Of 2019 respondent had complied with the order of this Court passed in the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD) No.3192 of 2019 dated 04.04.2019. Hence, the disobedience cannot be termed as wilful.
