Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent No.2 to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry, since the police personnel of the respondent No.2 appears before the petitioner`s shop and threaten the petitioner in a dire consequences and to vacate the petitioner`s shop situated at Door No.16-110 & 16-111, Ottramaram, Kaliakkavilai Post, Kanyakumari District on the inducement of the third respondent.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to direct the respondent No.2 to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry, since the police personnel of the respondent No.2 appears before the petitioner`s shop and threaten the petitioner in a dire consequences and to vacate the petitioner`s shop situated at Door No.16-110 & 16-111, Ottramaram, Kaliakkavilai Post, Kanyakumari District on the inducement of the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
