Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records and to quash impugned proceeding of issuing Legal Heirship Certificate No.TN-7202107223342 dated 28.10.2021 in favour of Maheswari (6th Respondent) issued by the 2nd respondent and consequently directing to issue fresh legal heir certificate add the petitioner's name (B.Jeyalakshmi) and further direct the 1 to 3 respondents to take departmental proceedings as against the 3rd and 4th respondents.

ORDER

The petitioner questions the status of the 6th respondent. They both question each other's lawful status with respect to one R.Balasubramanian, who died on 08.10.2019. The issue as is evident is with respect to the legal heirship certificate of the said R.Balasubramanian and the names to be included in the said legal heirship certificate.

2.Let me not enter into the details. I am not issuing notice to the 6th respondent. The writ petition is disposed of. 3.The legal heirship certificate was issued on 28.10.2021 by the Tahsildar, Madurai/R2. The petitioner raised objections. Thereafter, the objections were forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai/R3. It is stated that the said official had conducted enquiry. Therefore, it is only appropriate that the said official is also directed to pass necessary orders and such orders should be passed on or before 10.01.2022. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
