ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.148 of 2021 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Dindigul, to be transferred to Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/wife, due to matrimonial dispute, the petitioner/wife is residing at Virudhunagar along with her parents and she finds it difficult to travel to Dindigul for every hearing.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, H.M.O.P.No.148 of 2021 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Dindigul, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Subordinate Court, Virudhunagar. The learned Subordinate Judge, Virudhunagar, on receipt of the records, is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.148 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.12.2023.

4. With the above observation, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
