ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the O.S.No.147 of 2024 pending on the file of the Principal 1/4

District Sessions Court cum Special SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindingul within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. According to the revision petitioner / 2nd defendant, the 1st respondent / plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.147 of 2024 on the file of of the Principal District Sessions Court cum Special SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindingul for declaration and partition and for permanent injunction. The revision petitioner / 2nd defendant has already filed a written statement and thereafter, the suit is pending without any progress. Therefore, the revision petitioner has come out with the present revision.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondents.

4. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Principal District Sessions Court cum Special SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindingul to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal District Sessions Judge cum Special SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindingul to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.147 of 2024 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
