PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.870/2021 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused herein, who was arrested on 11.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 452, 294(b), 307, 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.870 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the Manager of the Cell Phone Shop. He always shouted his workers and on the date of occurrence there was a quarrel arose between them. At that time, he attacked the defacto complainant and other workers, thereby they sustained injuries. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that investigation is still pending. The petitioner is having only one previous case. The injured persons discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering the facts and the circumstances of this case, the petitioner is having one previous case, that too accident case and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.21071 of 2021 the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of thirty days. sd/- 29/12/2021 / TRUE COPY / 29/12/2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
