JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J.) This writ appeal is preferred against the order of the Writ Court in dismissing the writ petition in W.P(MD)No.360 of 2010 filed by the appellant herein.

2.It is represented by both sides that arising out of the common order passed in W.P(MD)Nos.360 and 361 of 2010 dated 01.12.2016, another writ appeal filed already in W.A(MD)No.62 of 2019 against W.P(MD)No.361 of 2010 was dismissed on 06.02.2019. A copy of the said order is also produced. The said appeal was also filed by the same appellant.

3.Considering the fact that a common order passed by the Writ Court has already been confirmed by dismissing the writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.62 of 2019, this writ appeal is also dismissed. No costs.
