This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.32 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sattur, Virudhunagar District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first Respondent vehemently objects the petition stating that the trial had commenced and therefore, this Court cannot exercise its discretion under Section 482 Cr.P.C. He had also furnished the copy of the deposition of L.W1. 3.Since the trial had commenced, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The Petitioners are directed to cooperate with the Trial Court for early disposal of the case. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
