Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in connection with the Impugned Tender allotment order in Column No.5 in Se.Mu.No.A6/2610/2024 (Panchayats) dated 09.08.2024 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and directing the respondents No.1 to 5 to reconsidering the allotment of the word awarded to the 6th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2024. The petitioner assails the work order dated 09.08.2024 issued by the first respondent in favour of the 6th respondent. 2/6

2. In the said work order, the 6th respondent was permitted to execute the work for supply of drinking water.

3. Learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the impugned work order was issued on 09.08.2024 and the writ petition was filed on 03.09.2024 by which time the 6th respondent had completed the work entrusted to him.

4. The work order was issued on 09.08.2024 and the writ petition was filed on 03.09.2024 by which time, the 6th respondent had commenced the work and completed the work satisfactorily as of today. The petitioner has also stated the violation of any provisions of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998.

5.Therefore, in light of the above, the relief sought for in this writ petition does not survive for further adjudication. 3/6
