PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel to dispose of Crl.M.P. No. 2638 of 2019 in M.C.No.11 o f 2011.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel to dispose of Crl.M.P. No. 2638 of 2019 in M.C.No.11 o f 2011.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner for the petitioner would submit that the main case is pending from the year 2011, without any progress.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel to dispose of Crl.M.P. No. 2638 of 2019 in M.C.No.11 o f 2011 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
