ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) I.P.C. and r/w. Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.433 of 2021, on the file of the respondent Police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and on considering the submission made by the learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.21058 of 2021 Advocate, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of four weeks. During the course of enquiry, the respondent police shall not harass the petitioner. 5.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
