This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 10.06.2024 within time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and taking note of the fact that the dispute is of civil in nature, they have closed the complaint on 05.08.2024. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
