The Transfer CMP is filed to withdraw HMOP.No.125/2019 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Ambasamudram and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is having a female child and they are residing at Rajapalayam along with the petitioner's parents. Hence, she is unable to travel from Rajapalayam to Ambasamudram for the hearing of the case. Therefore, he would pray that the said HMOP shall be transferred to the Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is having a female child and is unable to travel from Rajapalayam to Ambasamudram for hearing of the case, HMOP.No.125//2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Ambasamudram and is transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District. Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
