For Respondent : Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.585/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.585 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has assaulted the defacto complainant's husband while he was scolding in filthy language after consuming alcohol. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having five previous cases in the same nature.

5. Considering the nature of offence, the overt act attributed against the petitioner and also the fact that there are five previous cases are pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.
