O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondents-1 & 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members for life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 29.10.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-1 & 2 submitted that based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.285 of 2010 as against the respondents-3 to 5. Infact, the petitioner has also filed a suit and obtained injunction order as against the respondents-3 to 5. Thereafter, the respondents-3 to 5 indulging activities as against the petitioner and hence, the petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 29.10.2019 seeking police protection.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing summons to the respondents-3 to 5 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P (MD) No. 16714 of 2019 period of Three Weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The second respondent is further directed to complete the investigation and filed final report, within a period of Eight Weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order thereafter.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
