ORDER

By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.It is the grievance of the petitioners that their representation dated 23.09.2024, seeking issuance of the Form-D licence in favour of Rafiees Lodging Hotel situated at the building in Survey No.978/4 and 977/9 situated at No.3, Mothilal Street, Arignar Anna New Bus Stand, Kumbakonam, has not been considered so far. Therefore, they filed the present Writ Petition. 3.Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioners would be considered and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 23.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
