ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant seeking direction against the respondent to complete the enquiry in Crime No.12 of 2022 and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that the case is registered only on 17.09.2022 alleging forgery of documents. Hence, the Investigation Officer seeks further six months time to complete the investigation and file the final report.

3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. The Investigation Officer is directed to expedite the process of investigation and file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as undertaken by him/her.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
