ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner, who is none else than the own brother of the fourth respondent, has passed away and therefore, nothing survives, since the writ petition has been filed seeking issues of writ of mandamus to dispose of the petitioner's representation data 27.07.21018.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has no instruction regarding the demise of the writ petitioner. 2/5

Since the writ petition has been failed only seeking writ of mandamus, to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.07.2018, recording the statement of the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, who is none else than the brother of the petitioner, that the writ petitioner has passed away, this Writ Petition is closed, giving liberty to the legal representatives of the writ petitioner to renew the request for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the fourth respondent. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
