Seeking patta for the properties in Old Survey No.217/9, in new Survey No.708/1, 709/17 at Sirunayakanpatti, Pillaiyarnatham Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District, the petitioner has filed this writ petition in the year 2018. 2.Today(26.03.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has submitted his application before the District Revenue Officer and the proceedings is pending with him and it has not been concluded. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul District to pass a suitable order on the application of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 2/4
