ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the Inspector of Police, Town 1/4

North Police Station, Dindigul, to file the final report in Crime No.659 of 2022 within stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is made ready as further action dropped and he has also produced the copy of the final report.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to serve RCS notice to the petitioner and to file the final report before jurisdictional Magistrate Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not filed earlier. The petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition, if so advised.
