....Respondents PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the corpus or body of the Petitioner's husband namely Prasath, Son of Venkatachalam Rengasamy, aged 32 years, before this Court by rescuing him from the illegal custody of the respondents 3 and 4 and handed over him to the Petitioner.

H.C.P(MD)No.1183 of 2019 respondents submitted that the detenu was called for an enquiry and that he was not illegally detained.

2.Taking into consideration the submissions made on either side, no further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
