O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to restore the petitioner's electricity connection in Service Connection Number 59 within a stipulated time.

2. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner has to approach the authorities by applying through on-line and then the application will be considered.

4. Based on the submission made by the learned Standing counsel, this Court directs the petitioner to apply through online seeking electricity connection to his house within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After receiving the same, the first respondent shall consider the said application and give electricity connection to the petitioner's house, within a period of four weeks, based on the interim stay granted in favour of the 2/4

petitioner in C.R.P.(MD).No.1726 of 2019 and C.M.P.(MD).No.8861 of 2019, dated 27.09.2019.
