ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 22.08.2024 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and at the time of enquiry, the petitioner has appeared and gave a letter stating that no further action is necessary with regard to the complaint and on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
