ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.3 and 5, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w Section 20 b (ii) and Section 29(1) of NDPS ACt in Crime No.1070 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that the first petitioner is having 2 previous cases and the second petitioner is having 7 previous cases in similar nature.
3. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
