O R D E R

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on a complaint filed by the unofficial respondent No.3 in respect of money dispute, the respondent Police have been harassing the petitioner.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the complaint filed by the unofficial respondent No.3 is still pending and enquiry is being initiated and requested time to complete the enquiry. It is further submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that summons have been issued to the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of records, the respondent Police are directed to complete the enquiry on the complaint filed by the third respondent not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
