No.22/2024 and 1/4

release the same towards the petitioner within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to proceed with the registration process of the petitioner's property in Ayathampatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District registered and kept pending vide Doc. No.22/2024 and release the same towards the petitioner within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have objected for the aforesaid relief. 2/4

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo dated 07.11.2024 filed by the Administrator of Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Limited stating that the subject property in this writ petition relates to Sterling Holiday Resorts (India) ltd.

5. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents have no objection to pass orders in this writ petition.

6. Recording the above, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to release the pending documents vide Doc. No.22/2024 towards the petitioner forthwith. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
