ORDER

Challenge has been made to the refusal order passed by the 2nd respondent, refusing to issue legal heir certificate of the petitioner's son. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing a copy of the legal heir certificate of the petitioner's son, would submit that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. A copy of the same has also been furnished to the petitioner.

3.In such view of the matter, recording the subsequent development, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
