ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1201 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that in the absence of interim order, during the pendency of this petition, the Law Enforcing Agency has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.840 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
