It was posted on 21.09.2023 and at request, it was posted today (26.09.2023). Today also learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready to argue the matter. No purpose is going to be served by keeping this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
