PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents herein not to establish any TASMAC liquor retail outlets in our vicinity such as Chinnapalam, MottaiyanPannai, Annai Nagar, Thravaithoppu, Kunthukal, Annanagar, Francisnagar in Pamban Village, in Ramanathapuram-Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's representation, which sent on behalf of the petitioner and also petitioner's villagers dated 22.10.2019, 07.11.2019 respectively within time stipulated by this Honourable Court. retail outlets at Chinnapalam, MottaiyanPannai, Annai Nagar, Thravaithoppu, Kunthukal, Annanagar, Francisnagar in Pamban Village, in RamanathapuramTaluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2019 and 07.11.2019 respectively within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 submits that the places which are all mentioned in the writ petition, have not been sanctioned with any of the orders so as to open the TASMAC shop.
