ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to transfer the investigation regard to the Crime No. 307 of 2019 dated 14.10.2019, on the file of the second respondent to some other investigation agency, within stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the second respondent police recovered 27 goats from the accused persons and also seized two vehicles and the same was in the custody of the second respondent.

3. In such circumstances, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and it would affect the entire investigation of the case. However, the second respondent is directed to secure the accused if necessary and complete the investigation within a period of Three months from the date of receipt a copy of the order.
