This petition is filed by the petitioner / defacto complainant under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.15 of 2023 pending on the file of the respondent Police registered against the accused for the offence under Sections 120B, 420, 463, 464, 465, 466 and 468 I.P.C.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that so far five witnesses were examined and investigation is in progress and requested time to complete the same.
