Prayer : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records and set aside the returns in I.A.No. of 2024 in O.S.No.116 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Karur dated 25.09.2024 and direct the learned Principal District Judge, Karur to number IA No. of 2024 in OS No.116 of 2018 filed by the petition under Order 1 Rule 10(2) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Heard the counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. 2.The petitioner is figuring as the first defendant in O.S.No.116 of 2018 on the file of Principal District Judge, Karur. The petitioner has filed an Interlocutory Application for impleading subsequent purchasers. I do not want to go into the merits of the matter at present whether the Interlocutory Application filed by the petitioner is maintainable or not . 3.The Court below is directed to number the same and give a disposal as per law.

4.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
