ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.514 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there arose a dispute between the parties and in this incident, the petitioner and other accused have assaulted the defacto complainant and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that the injured has been treated as out patient. The petitioner is having one previous case in the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
