PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1305 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused herein, who was arrested on 04.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Section 318 of IPC later on altered to Sections 201, 302 and 318 IPC, in Crime No.1305 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant was supervising the cleaning of toilet, he found a dead girl child in a toilet. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner by stating that the petitioner herself has admitted in her confession statement that she has illegal intimacy with one Sathish and due to which she became pregnant. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail.
