PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in G.O.Ms.No.131 issued by the Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA2) Department dated 17.10.2019 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondent No.4 and 5 to revert petitioner back to the parent corporation within the time stipulated by this Court.
