This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors / respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.21538 of 2021, dated 23.11.2022.

2. When the matter was taken for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the contemnors / respondents submitted that the survey was conducted on 23.12.2022. The relevant materials were also placed before this Court.
