Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, by directing the second respondent to make appropriate report to the first respondent, relating to the working of the fifth respondent, by considering the representations dated 12.08.2017 and 21.07.2018 made by the petitioner to the respondents 2 and 3, so as to enable the first respondent to pass appropriate orders for the appointment of a Special Officer under Section 14-A of the Tamil Nadu Private Colleges Regulation Act 1973, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
