Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first and second respondents to secure and produce the person or body of the detune, the petitioner's daughter Malarvizhi aged about 23 years before this Court and set her at liberty For Petitioner : Mr.R.Murugan For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 and 2 Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to secure and produce the person or body of the detune, the petitioner's daughter Malarvizhi aged about 23 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner that the third respondent kidnapped and abducted her daughter namely Malarvizhi aged about 23 years, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.1031 of 2019 and on investigation found that the said Malarvizhi got married with one Bhagavathi and also eloped with the third respondent and their whereabouts is not known.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
