For R2 : No appearance (in both petitions) COMMON ORDER Challenging the impugned notification dated 28.10.2021 issued by the first respondent declaring the respondents 4 to 6 as trustees of Arulmigu Santhakula Sowmya Narayana Kavaraya Kattalai situated at Palani, Dindigul District for the period from 2021 to 2023, the present writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners.
2. When the writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondent and the learned counsels appearing for the private respondents submitted that the appointment of the board of trustees for the year 2021-2023 is challenged in these writ petitions and the period is already over and fresh notification has already been issued for constituting a new board. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in these writ petitions.
3. Recording the above submission, these Writ Petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the fresh notification, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
