ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.832 of 2017, dated 23.10.2017 pending on the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent or any other competent authority.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the investigation was not done in a proper manner. Therefore, this petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P.(MD)No.17132 of 2018 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that originally the case in Crime No.832 of 2017 was registered for the offence under Sections 357 and 380 of IPC and at that time, the accused were not known. However, investigation has been done in a proper manner and the accused were arrested and the entire stolen property have been recovered.

4.She would also submit that the investigation done in a very fair manner and the third respondent is ready to file final report. 5.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The third respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
