ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent. 2.The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) of I.P.C, r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, 2002, in Crime No.261 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioners abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and attacked him by using iron rod. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police submitted that the first petitioner is having nine previous cases. The Second petitioner is having five previous cases.

6. Considering the antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
